 Cute, but not top qualityJun 22, 2010
I purchased a pair of these to cover my toddler's partial leg cast. He was most comfortable in shorts in the warm weather, so I wanted something to cover the scratchy surface of the cast he had for three weeks. When the BabyLegs arrived, I immediately noticed that there was an odd vertical ridge that ran down the length of each of them, though there was no seam inside. I went into this purchase knowing that they would likely get snagged on the cast at some point. I didn't expect a hole to be worn into one of them on the second wearing. Sure enough, it happened right on the ridge. I probably would have been better off hand knitting one, but I wanted to save time and effort.
On the pus side, they are very cute (I got the blue and green striped color), and breathed nicely. My only true complaints are that the ridge was a weak spot, and that I found them to be a bit overpriced for the quality.

I am so happy to have found a way to keep my son warmer! He doesnt handle layers too well, so this is a way of tricking him into wearing them and he hasnt figured out how to get them off. A friend of mine who recommended them to me has had her son in his for over a year... so great to know that something will fit him longer then a few months for once! :)

I gave these as a baby gift to a "green" mom...not only did she love them because they were organic in nature, but they kept her baby so very warm!

If your baby is starting to crawl and is wearing a onsie, these are awesome for protecting their little legs from carpet burns! Also great when it's chilly and you don't want to put pants on them. I'm ready to purchase my second pair for my 8 month old for the fall .. Every time I see her in the legging I just have to smile .. so adorable!

I guess I was expecting something more from reading the reviews. These are nice, but really no better than pants. And the styles are cute, but so different they really don't match with most of my baby's onesies, so I end up putting her in pants anyway. Finally, the elastic seems a bit tight... she's only 2 months old, and in the 60% so it's not like she's super chubby, but the elastic really seems to dig into her legs and leaves marks.
