Not worth the price!!!Aug 04, 2010 This is not worth the price. It feels extremely unstable after assembly. Very delicate item and not very handy.

Great buyJul 22, 2010 our baby is not born at the time of this review, however everything went together really well. for the most part.
here are my view points
1. my 8 month pregnant wife put this together on her own, (i was at work and she was bored) with no problem.
2. everything fit just right, she said that she had to pull it back apart a couple times, she didnt realized a piece was on backwards till 3 steps later. otherwise good.
3. this item is about as sturdy as any item of this kind and cost. we have a similar built changing table, if you put your weight on it it might go through the flooring of it. but a baby is of no concern to it.
4. the only bad in the construction of the cradle was the wheels. they are good wheels. smooth easy to roll etc.. but they are covered in plastic at the top. this plastic top is what wedges them into the wood of the cradle.
either the wheels were a size to small, or the wood was drilled to big. either way they fell out if you picked up the cradle.
so i just wrapped a few (2-3) layers of masking tape on the top of the plastic and problem solved.
over all im very happy, i only gave it a 4 because i was unimpressed with the shotty drill holes for the wheels.
very niceJul 08, 2010 I decided to get a cradle because my baby is very colicky and very often due to his terrible gas he prefers to be held and rocked- in fact that used to be the only way he would fall asleep and often the only way he would stay asleep- while he's held and rocked.
Ever since i got the cradle, i'm able to sleep because he's able to fall asleep and stay asleep. It was very easy to put together. My baby enjoys it very much. It's very stylish and does not take much room. The only thing that i do not like is the mattress- its very thin. So i had to order another mattress. In a meantime i'm using a blanket (since it's thick). Overall, i would def recommend this cradle.

gorgeous but not for every babyOct 23, 2009 We fell in love with this cradle when I was pregnant with our first child. He slept in it for exactly three minutes. Same with our second baby a year later. We even had purchased a thicker cradle mattress (the 1-inch one that comes with it seems inadequate). I know someone else whose babies all loved it. For us, it's a gorgeous place to hold diapers, wipes, and clothes at this point. :( I'm giving it away.
underwhelmingAug 12, 2009 This was easy to assemble, but once done, it's a little flimsier than most. A selling point of this bassinet is that it's portable but once you scoot it from one room to another more than a few times, the legs get a little wobbly.
Also, the "pin" that is supposed to keep the cradle in place falls out too easily, and catches against the wood, which of course scratches it.
Another time, the pin goes in, but the pin is so thin that the cradle moves about. So if baby rolls to the side, he will be on a slight incline, which may wake him up because the pin comes out so easily and is the wrong girth. Also, my son got his foot stuck through the slats.
